My name is Chris and I had the pleasure of visiting Bucharest for the first time this July.

I’m crazy about coffee, I’m a home barista who roasts his own coffee, and when I’m traveling, coffee is one the main ways for me to explore a new destination and culture.

I visited your lovely café either on Monday the 8th or Tuesday the 9th (of July 2024) and asked if I may take with some of your spent coffee grounds.

Collecting this stuff is a special hobby of mine, one I’ve been doing for 20 years. To me, it’s a tribute to everybody who made this amazing coffee possible, from the crop to the cup. It’s a souvenir of your hospitality and the wonderful time my wife and I enjoyed in your café and your city.

Este un suvenir al ospitalității dumneavoastră și al timpului minunat pe care soția mea și cu mine l-am petrecut în cafeneaua și orașul dumneavoastră.
